Information we receive

We receive information that you choose to provide through contact forms, the website assistant, email, telephone, or meeting requests. This may include your name, work email, company, role, telephone number, project context, preferred meeting time, and the messages exchanged with us. The website may also process basic technical information such as page path, browser user agent, approximate network address, and operational event data needed to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.

How information is used

We use submitted information to answer enquiries, understand whether Capitao.Consulting is a suitable implementation partner, prepare requested follow-up, schedule meetings, deliver contracted work, maintain service security, and improve the usefulness of the website. We do not sell personal information. We do not use private customer or proposal information to create public claims, and public agent interfaces expose only general service and contact information.

Processors and international access

We use selected infrastructure, email, calendar, analytics, and AI service providers to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Access is limited to what is needed for the relevant function. Where a provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, we assess the available contractual and technical safeguards and configure data handling with European privacy expectations in mind.

Retention, security, and your choices

We keep enquiry and operational records only for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, legal obligations, security, or an active business relationship. We apply access controls, transport encryption, input validation, rate limits, and logging appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so sensitive credentials, secrets, health information, or unrelated personal data should not be sent through public forms or agent conversations.

You may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information that applies to you, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
