Documented controls and operational ownership
The European Commission describes different AI Act obligations by risk and by the role of the organization. We map which obligations may apply to each system and confirm them with your legal advisers. Technical controls or private hosting alone do not establish compliance or certification.
We take the inventory of the AI systems the company already uses, with an owner for each system and a preliminary risk classification, to be confirmed with your legal advisers, and set up the incident process and the rules for changing models. When data is sensitive, we use local models, on infrastructure you choose.
After go-live we follow the operation: monitoring, incident management, pinned model versions, tests on every change, and team training so that internal adoption lasts.
